About

We listen, act, and transform

You may be managing a career, relationships, family, caregiving, or simply the everyday responsibilities of life—and from the outside, you may look like you're handling it all. But internally, you may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of carrying so much. Therapy can give you space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and make intentional changes in the way you think, feel, relate, and move through your life. Using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Our work isn't about becoming a completely different person. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, developing practical tools that actually fit your life, and creating changes that feel sustainable. You can be functioning and still need support. You can be successful and still feel overwhelmed. And you don't have to figure everything out on your own. Accepting clients in California and Florida.
